Upon entry you will find a three quarter bath and the first bedroom, offering a twin over full bunk and ample closet space. Down the hall you have the kitchen and family room area. There is no missing the wow factor here with the floor to ceiling picture windows and amazing views of  Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Get creative in the kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a pantry and ample cabinet space behind the kitchen island.  A Keurig Coffee Machine is provided. Enjoy a great meal at the farmhouse style dining table including seating for your entire group, or keep the cook company at the breakfast bar. The family room offers a wood burning fireplace and large flatscreen TV where you can stream your own device on the home's Wifi. Relax on the modern yet comfy sofa and take in the amazing views. There is an office nook off the family room for the working traveler. From the family room area you can gain upper deck access. Step out and enjoy the unobstructed view of the night sky. There is a propane barbecue provided and a nice seating area to enjoy the outdoors. (During the winter season, the patio furniture is put away and not accessible.) Back inside, head up the spiral staircase where the second bedroom is located. There is a Queen bed, plenty of closet space and a powder bath. Exposed fixtures, open shelving and sliding barn doors highlight the character of this home. Note: Please use the step stool behind the lounge chair to open/close the shades in the main room. Keeping the shades closed in the summertime will help with keeping the home cool. Also utilize the several fans throughout the house to keep air flowing. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
