We offer a cozy 2-room apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family house with a large roof terrace (36 m²). The house can be rented completely on request if available. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The living and sleeping room offers a 180 x 200 cm bed, a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed and a 3rd air bed is possible. Bedroom 2 x 2 meter bed. The space There are 2 living rooms (bedroom and living room and bedroom), a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with bath and a roof terrace. Here we can provide beds for up to 4 people, but it will be "cozy," you should know that. The "actual" bedroom is located in the attic (old building staircase). The 2x2 meter bed with orthopedic mattresses invites you to relax and sleep. This makes it possible to set up sleeping accommodation in 2 rooms.
