Beautiful 2nd floor oceanfront 1 BR condo in Pawleys Island in the Bridgewater bldg at Litchfield By the Sea. Coastal decor welcomes you to unwind in the spacious living area, or relax on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor pool. Step outside to spend the day on the beach or play in the pool, lazy river and kiddie pool. There is a fishing pier, lighted tennis courts, walking paths, 2 restaurants, and a Starbucks within the resort. Dog friendly with fee $175. The space Comfortable King size bed, granite countertops, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room make this your perfect home away from home. Guest access Parking is a free in the lot just outside the condo building. This is a gated community. You will have the entire condo to yourselves. There is a keycode lock on the door so you will get a code to self check-in. You will have access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, kids playground, walking/biking paths, on-site restaurants such as Coast Dish, the Deck, and Starbucks. You can walk right to the beach on a path near the pool to the ocean. Other things to note This condo is on the 2nd floor - you can take the stairs or elevator. You will be provided with one set of bed linens per bed (no housekeeping), and bath linens. You will need to bring your own beach and pool towels. There are laundry facilities located in the building. These machines take credit/debit payments only. *Dog fee of $175 will be requested through Airbnb and is due before check in day. *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
