Charm II is nestled right behind major North Charleston hotels but in a normal working class subdivision so you’ll feel more at home than anything. This home is in a central, quiet, and safe location just 7 minutes from the airport and less than 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. It's very close to the Tanger Outlet mall, Walmart, and tons of restaurants. This is a corner townhouse with a beautiful yard. In the front of the home there is a welcoming front porch where you can sit out and soak up some of Charleston's beautiful weather. Upon entry, you are greeted by a well decorated living room and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen on the downstairs level. You don't have to worry about cookware, dishes, silverware or cooking utensils. There is a half bathroom downstairs and a full laundry room right off the kitchen so you don’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. Exiting the back door leads you to the private, fenced-in patio for you to relax morning, noon, and night. There's a grill and fire pit for you to use at your leisure. Once you venture upstairs you'll find 2 large, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds, desks for getting work done, and closets for your clothes in case you will be here a while. Flat screen Roku TVs are in each of the rooms and WiFi flows throughout the home. **Unfortunately, no pets can be hosted at this time** My guests have complete access to the entire home. There is a digital keypad lock on the front door so you may come and go as you please. You're able to park 2 cars in the driveway. My co-host lives within 15 minutes from the home in case you need one of use to come by but for the most part, you'll let yourself in and let yourself out with an electronic door code. This neighborhood is unique because it's right off of the expressway and a major street, yet it's tucked away on a quiet street. Most of the neighbors have lived in their homes for many years and everyone is welcoming to our visitors. One of my favorite places to eat is Cracker Barrel and it's actually only a 5 minute walk away . If you fancy, you can also walk to Waffle House, Ruby Tuesdays, McDonald's, Bojangles Chicken, and Ihop. Charleston Charm II is my other home on this same block. Check out that listing as well. There are tons and tons of hotels in the area because this location is so easily accessible to historic downtown Charleston. Being 30 seconds from the interstate makes this location convenient to get to almost anywhere in the Charleston area. It's 10 minutes away from the public bus line and of course there's always Uber. This is a clean and well kept home. I have a very thorough cleaning staff but we truly appreciate everyone leaving the home tidy when they depart (including washing your own dishes and taking your food trash outside). This neighborhood is unique because it's right off of the expressway (I-26) and a major North Charleston street (Ashley Phosphate), yet it's tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. Most of the neighbors have lived in their homes for many years. We are an ultra inclusive community and value diversity. We have 2 AirBNBs on this street and our neighbors are welcoming to our guests. You can expect to see children riding their bikes outside and playing basketball in their driveways after school and on the weekends.
