The King Estate includes the Main House and a self-contained Garage Apartment (available on Airbnb "Comfortable Apartment & Kitchen") that can be accessed through an adjoining interior door or through a private exterior entrance. Depending on what you book (King Estate, King Suite, or the apartment) you will enjoy that entire space. NOTE: If the King Suite is booked, there may be other guests in the apartment but they will not have any access to the Main House or its amenities.
