This charming house, quiet and surrounded by greenery, has a courtyard and a terrace on the Hédas and its landscaped valley, offering games and green spaces. The space Ground floor: • A spacious 30 m² living area with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction stove). 1st floor: • A bedroom with a double bed. • Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. • An open bedroom with two single beds and a desk, ideal for children or a workspace. 2nd floor: • A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). • A bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Outdoor: • 25 m² terrace equipped with a table for 6 people, overlooking a shared garden. • Possibility to park a car. ⛔️ Rules: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
