A beautiful and spacious detached house with grand and stylish reception rooms, a large and well equipped kitchen plus 5 sizable and comfortable bedrooms. Accommodating 12 guests in luxury, Sandy Shores predominantly hosts multi-generational or large families looking for a stunning beach house in Swanage. Very close (3 minute walk) to the beach and the town centre. Pretty front and rear gardens, with the house over looking the fabulous King George's park. Parking for 2 cars on rear drive The space Perfectly located just s short 3 minute walk to the beach, Sandy Shores is a grand and spacious house, recently renovated whilst maintaining many stylish original features. The high ceilings and large rooms give all guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy being in Swanage. The property has a lovely outlook to the front overlooking fields and glimpses of the passing Steam Train, plus a private rear garden landscaped with a raised fish pond and water feature. Plus also two patio areas, perfect for outdoor socialising. We are often complimented on the sizable kitchen which is very well equipped with everything you may need, whether you're cooking a Sunday Roast for 12 people or if you want to make a cake for a special occasion. Having two electric ovens helps! As does the large gas hob, microwave and even a warming oven. Frequently hosting up to 12 guests, this kitchen won't disappoint. We have two living rooms at Sandy Shores, perfect perhaps for the kids to enjoy their own area to watch TV / play Xbox in one, with the adults enjoying a little more peace in the front living room with the stylish gold and teal decor, Purbeck Stone fireplace and beautiful outlook to the pretty front garden. Everyone is amazed at the rustic and grand dining table, set in the rear garden facing dining room. Two rustic benches provide flexible seating options, with 4 additional chairs provided if required for dining up to 12. The conservatory is a great place to sit and enjoy the private rear garden. Sandy Shores boasts 5 generous bedrooms - 3 King, 1 Twin and 1 Quad. For those wanting to avoid any stairs (or just prefer a quieter part of the house), one of the King Bedrooms is located downstairs, just across the hall to a downstairs bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are upstairs, with a further family bathroom and one en suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Please note we provide a baby bath should you need as all 3 bathrooms include a shower instead of a bath. There is private parking at the rear of the house for 2 vehicles, plus additional free road parking at the end of the rear track if you have additional vehicles. As we are a large family home, we are ideal for multi-generational or large families and not suitable for stag or hen parties. To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, Pets are not accepted at Sandy Shores. In addition, there is no smoking or vaping allowed.
