Come enjoy all that we have to offer. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you have plenty of space. Formal dining room, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room, outdoor deck overlooking the beach & lake. Schroon Lake is only 5 miles away. The space In the summer, enjoy swimming right from the sandy beach in the backyard, and on the floating dock. Also in the summer, park your own boat right at the included dock. Go fishing in one of the Adirondack's prized lakes. We also provide a 12' row boat, and two 10' 3" kayaks for use, which includes life jackets. There is a fire pit on the beach (guests provide their own firewood; no fires anywhere else). For you winter buffs, enjoy incredible ice fishing and snowmobiling right out your door. Last minute bookings need to be paid within 1 hour, and if not, the request may be declined or canceled. Guest access Access to the beach is right out the front door and directly in the back yard. Other things to note For the winter, as we are right on the lake, the driveway is very steep, so 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicles are needed.
