(10 if you want to sleep on a futon!) and is the perfect location for attending ball tournaments, swim meets, and concerts at the new SMPA! Enjoy cooking meals in your fully furnished kitchen, streaming your favorite show on the smart tv, and even doing a load of laundry between ballgames. The back patio provides a cozy sitting area to relax after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee. You're 1 mile from downtown! The space **REMODEL ALERT** Due to a burst pipe, we've renovated the whole house. New photos coming soon!!** Downstairs: kitchen, living/dining, laundry as well as king sized bedroom and full bathroom with tub. UPSTAIRS: There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with the twin over queen bunk beds and futon. (the futon is best for children, as they aren't very comfortable.)
