The upstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a full kitchen. Both bedrooms have King beds. The downstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a full kitchen. There is a Queen bed in the master and a King bed in the guest bedroom. There are no dressers or closets in the units. We provide luggage racks, and places to hang clothing. You will have a private courtyard with a grill, seating, and laundry. This unit is part of a very quiet and private wooded property that spans over the bay of the Florida Keys. This unit does has a courtyard view NOT a bay/ocean view. All staying guests have complete access to all the property has to offer. Its a two minute walk to the boat basin and the most incredible sunsets. Allowed to bring a boat up to 25’ foot to keep in the boat basin.
