Due to Little Sports' unique mountain terrain, this property has 56 steps leading up to its main entrance. For most people, this is not a problem and is well worth the climb. There is 2 parking spots all year, sometimes 1 over winter months. Due to the size of our homes, there are no early check-ins and no late checkouts. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and free firewood for our Yosemite West properties. Per Park rules if your service animal does not perform tasks that are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If your service animal does not meet the legal definition of a service animal under the ADA or is still in training it will be regarded as a pet. And will therefore have to follow the rules set out by the Park on pets. For use of our properties, many are not pet friendly so if you have a service animal we ask that the animal never be left unattended or allowed on furniture or bedding. We will charge you for any damages and extra cleaning for the protection of the home and future guests. Snow chains are required from November through the end of April during snowy conditions.
