We are licensed for a maximum of 7 guests and can not exceed this number. Parking is provided on the driveway only for a maximum of 3 cars. We ask that you park side by side and one behind the other. Seasonally, we may have space on the driveway to park caravans, camper trailers and boats. Please advise prior to booking if you are towing. ** We have a strict 'No pet policy' there are no exceptions to this rule. Please do not ask as we really do not like to have to say no. ** Other things to note * Additional guests sleeping in swags, rooftop tents, camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes or on additional mattresses are not permitted under any circumstances * ** Roof top tents, camper trailers, motorhomes or caravans cannot be set up at the property, on the driveway or in the street under any circumstances.
