The space Tresillian Lodge is a private, standalone luxury lodge set within a secluded woodland valley, with a natural stream running through the grounds. The property has been designed to offer space, comfort, and a strong sense of privacy. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, it is often chosen by couples or smaller groups who want a more spacious and high-quality environment than a typical rental. The lodge includes a large open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. It sits within a wider private estate setting, but is positioned separately with its own space and outlook, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet and uninterrupted stay. There is a sauna available by appointment. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the lodge and its surrounding grounds. This includes: The entire property Approximately 6 acres of private woodland with riverside walks A 2-acre paddock above the lodge, ideal for evening sun Hot tub and sauna There are no shared facilities and no other guests on site. Other things to note The lodge is accessed via a private single-track lane (approximately 1 km), which can be uneven in places depending on the time of year. Most vehicles are absolutely fine, but very low cars may find it less suitable. The property is set within a rural estate environment. There are working dogs on the wider grounds, so guests should be comfortable in a countryside setting where dogs may occasionally be seen or heard and occasionally visit. The setting is natural and includes woodland, a stream, and open land. Guests should take appropriate care, particularly with children. The lodge can accommodate up to 1 infant (under 3).
