Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins. The space Includes: Family room with 70” Smart HDTV, Game area, Open Full Kitchen, Dining area, Laundry room with front load washer and dryer, 3 Bedrooms (Large Master and 2nd Bedroom have HDTV’s), 2 bathrooms, 3 walk-in closets, Office workstation with Ethernet, Patio with fire pit, patio heaters, and fenced backyard. Guest access Private access to entire house including backyard with grill, sitting area and fire pit. Master bath also has a large Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with seat. High speed internet throughout house. No access to Garage. Other things to note We provide weekly housekeeping on stays of 2 weeks or more as well as optional full-service cleanings for an additional fee. Please let us know if you’d like the full-service weekly cleanings so we can schedule them accordingly. There are no steps to enter the house and no steps inside the house.
