WE HAVE A GREAT KITCHEN next to the garden, porch and barbecue. La COVA is located in Caballar, Segovia. Fully renovated. La COVA is a Rural House located in the village of Caballar, at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park in Segovia. It is very close to places such as the Hoces del Río Duratón, the Royal Site of La Granja, the pine forests of Valsaín and Segovia Capital. La Cova is built on our old 19th century family mansion that has been recently restored and now opens its doors to the public. The house is equipped with heating in all spaces through a combined system of wood-burning fireplace and diesel boiler. We have a large 500 m2 garden with a porch, barbecue, lawn, fruit trees and a play area. La Cova has a total of 5 BEDROOMS with capacity for 11 people: One on the street floor: Double bed. Two on the upper floor: One bedroom with a single bed and another triple bedroom with three single beds. Two on the ground floor: A triple room with three single beds and another room with a double bed. All rooms feature memory foam mattresses and pillows, sheets and down comforter, as well as one bath towel and one washcloth per person. It has 3 full BATHROOMS, one per floor. They have toilet paper, towels and hand soap, a foot mat for the shower, and a hairdryer. It also has an additional toilet next to the garden. It has 2 KITCHENS (one of them attached to the garden) fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, induction cooktop, Italian and drip coffee maker and small appliances (blender, juicer, toaster, etc.). As well as all the necessary kitchenware for its use: cookware (including a pressure cooker), dishes, glassware and cutlery. It also has paper napkins, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine, garbage bags, scouring pads, cloths... There is also an iron and ironing board. We do not leave any food for cleaning and hygiene reasons. The DINING ROOM also seats 11 people and is very comfortable to assemble as it is next to the kitchen. A high chair for children is provided. The LIVING ROOM on the street floor (attached to the dining room) has a Smart TV, WIFI (free), books, board games, and a French fireplace with firewood. There is also another LIVING ROOM on the ground floor with a Smart TV, WiFi (free), books, board games, and an armchair area, as well as enough tables and chairs. On the ground floor (attached to the living room) there is also a large TERRACE with chairs and tables to enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Caballar.
