Designed for family gatherings or couples’ retreats, the home features a spacious great room, multiple private spaces, and inviting outdoor areas. The grand entrance opens to a light-filled living area with extraordinary high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a dramatic 20-foot stone fireplace. A plush sectional provides the perfect spot for games, movies, or group gatherings. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for entertaining, with seating for everyone: - 4 barstools at the island - 2 additional island seats - Breakfast nook for 4 with forest views - Formal dining area for 6 Outdoor Living Step outside to the serene courtyard, where cozy seating surrounds a fire table—perfect for morning coffee, evening views, or a soak in the private hot tub. The opposite side of the great room opens to a wraparound deck overlooking the golf course and forest, complete with a BBQ grill and picnic space.
