Guest access Other than the space allocated to the office, the remaining loft area on the 2nd floor is presently locked & prohibited from access. Other things to note For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place to monitor both the garage space and the exterior of the property 24/7. Each bedroom is equipped with privacy code handle digital locks for added security. Regarding care of the property, guests are responsible for ensuring they adhere to the terms of the rental agreement. They are legally required to inform the host of any breakages or damage to the property and to reimburse the host for any replacement, repair, or additional cleaning costs. Guests should take reasonable care of the property and its contents and leave everything in a clean, tidy, and undamaged state at the end of their stay.
