Easy walk to everything in Lakes Entrance

This family friendly 3 bedroom home is situated in Lakes Entrance just an easy walk to the town centre and main beach. There is a footpath all the way to town so very safe for children on bikes or scooters. We also have free wifi. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE Please Note, everything is very well cleaned and sanitised. We have numerous hand washes in the house also. FREE CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE IN THE EVENT OF A COVID LOCKDOWN. The space There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with built in robes. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3- King Single and a set of single bunks. All beds will be made up with linen and towels are provided. Main bathroom has a bath and shower, there is a second bathroom which doubles as the laundry, this has a toilet and shower and this is located just outside the back door so perfect for those beach days to wash sand off before going inside. The lounge room has a flat screen TV and comfortable couch, there is also an additional sunroom. Kitchen space is nicely renovated and has all your essentials including tea,coffee and other pantry staples. There is also a box of kids toys and books so you don't have to pack all the kids things. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and also a lockable car garage - perfect for storing fishing rods or bikes. Other things to note Strictly no cleaning of fish inside and no cooking of crabs anywhere on premises. (There will be additional cleaning fees for this) No smoking in the house. The house is in a quiet court so strictly no parties and please be mindful of neighbours at all times.
