Ground floor: Laundry room (washing machine in space for bicycles, skis...), living room with wood stove, large equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette and fondue machine, toaster), 3 bedrooms for 2 people + bed and baby chair, bathroom (shower), toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom (bathtub), toilet, small living room. The space This authentic old stone building in the country has been completely restored and divided into 4 apartments. It is therefore a condominium house, but you are 100% alone in your accommodation, even on the 2 terraces. The exposed stone beams and walls in the living room give an authentic and warm character. You'll feel like you're in an old house with modern decor and furnishings. The large living room and the adjoining library will allow everyone to find their place easily for moments of relaxation (games, reading, resting by the fire, tasting...) Guest access A large garden accessible to all the people of the condominium is located at the back of the house in addition to the private garden of the accommodation right next to the 2 exclusive terraces of the accommodation. Other things to note Each bed is equipped with duvet and pillows. Linens (sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, kitchen towels) are not provided. If you rent the apartment for 10 people, please let us know to make the 5th bedroom accessible. Thank you for evacuating your garbage (glasses, cardboard, kitchen and bathroom/toilet garbage) before leaving and bringing them to the public space provided specifically for that next to the small village school 500 m from the apartment. If the accommodation is not clean, is in disarray or the bedding is not tidy when you leave, you may be charged an extra fee.
