With two houses positioned on the one large section you can enjoy holidaying together yet have your space when needed. You'll have your own large grass area to kick back relax, play games with water access to paddle, swim and explore. At low tide you can walk across to the surf beach! With magic views at both houses you'll love an early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a cold one seeing the day out. The space Large section, pet friendly, double kayak & paddle board (with life jackets) available for use. Front house: Perfect for the whole family with beds to sleep 7. 3 bedrooms – master (queen), 2nd bed (double) and 3rd bedroom with double bed and single bed. Full bathroom with toilet and shower as well as separate toilet from the bathroom. Easy to relax in the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Washing machine & dryer. Uninterrupted views to the Waipu estuary, river mouth, Hen and Chicks and surf beach. You can swim in the estuary or at low tide walk across to the surf beach…or let the little ones explore the bird and marine life. Back house - sleeps 7 Double glazed home with open plan living, dining and modern kitchen that opens up with sliding doors on to the large full length deck. Master bedroom with ensuite - Queen bed Front second bedroom - 2 x king singles. Can be pushed together also. Back bunk room - Bunk bed with Queen on bottom, king single on top. Kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry with washer and dryer. Plenty of flat off street parking and room to bring the boat, the One Tree Point Marina is a handy short drive away. A few kids toys and books in both houses. Portacot and highchair available (bring your own sheets for cot) in house 2. Guest access The whole section. Riparian rights to the water...your own waterfront. Perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking or jet skiing. Houses are the two right dwellings as you go down the driveway.
