Our house is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac in Beauvoisin in Petite Camargue. Close to all amenities, it is only 20 minutes from Nîmes, 30 minutes from Aigues-Mortes/Grau-du-Roi, 45 minutes from Pont-du-Gard... The space The house is on a plot of 3 houses. They are served by a common driveway. Two parking spaces are provided in front of the house in the garden which is enclosed. Upon arrival, we will leave you a box for the gate. The house is 105 m² and consists of: - an equipped kitchen open to the living room - 4 bedrooms equipped with 1 bed or sofa bed in 140 x 190 cm (provision of an umbrella bed on request) - 1 separate WC - 1 bathroom (bathtub and toilet) - 1 terrace of about 70 m² with garden.
