Outside: private pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining, BBQ, shaded area. Inside: living/dining room, open kitchen, one double bedroom, shower room, and upstairs twin bedroom via spiral stairs. The space The true heart of Rocasol is its magnificent private outdoor space, designed as an exclusive oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious, sun-filled terrace is anchored by a private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day. You can lounge on the comfortable sunbeds that surround the pool, enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining area, or gather with friends and family for a classic BBQ at the built-in grill. A wonderful covered area provides a shaded dining space, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air in comfort, no matter the time of day. The entire exterior is built with traditional stone construction, capturing the rustic Mediterranean charm and creating a truly unique environment. Step inside from the terrace to discover a cozy and inviting interior. The villa's traditional stone walls create a homely and rustic atmosphere. The main entrance leads directly into a comfortable living and dining area, equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. The space flows into a well-equipped open kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and socialize. On this level, you'll also find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A charming spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where an additional twin bedroom awaits. This beautiful holiday home promises a stay that is both comfortable and memorable, and you'll find it difficult to leave this lovely spot. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
