Located just five minutes walk from local cafes, bars and the fabulous Papamoa beach, enjoy a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Boasting twin verandas with indoor-outdoor flow, guests will enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, quality bedding and thoughtful touches of this family friendly vacation home. The space The space features an open plan kitchen, dining room and kitchen connecting twin verandas. The house includes the two main bedrooms and kids twin bedroom, with separate toilet and bathroom. The sleepout includes an additional queen bed with ensuite shower and toilet, along with a kitchenette, and living area for that morning coffee. Back in the main house, enjoy the well-stocked kitchen with gas hob, built in oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dual toaster, kettle, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to feed the family. Enjoy complimentary coffee and herbal teas, salt, pepper, herbs and spices, plus oil for cooking on the gas hob top. Fresh towels and linen are provided for guests in each room and the bathrooms come equipped with hand soap and towels. We do not provide beach towels. Entertain the family on those wet days with complimentary Netflix, Disney+ and the xbox 360, along with two television areas. PLEASE NOTE: Like many hosts in our area, we do ask guests to dispose of their own rubbish due to the very limited garbage service with the Tauranga City Council. This can be done for $5 a large bag of general waste/free for recycling at the Te Maunga Rubbish Centre. Garbage bags can be disposed of at the Te Maunga/Mount Maunganui Transfer Station for a small fee, while RECYCLING disposal is free.
