Board Room @ Green Rooms is a contemporary and spacious one bedroom apartment. 5 meter bi-fold doors from the living area open onto your own private South facing decked garden. A real suntrap with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy. A great nights sleep awaits you in the sumptuous super-king bed and in the morning roll back the huge sliding barn door to reveal the view of the sun coming up over Saunton Down right from your bed. The space The large and luxurious en suite shower room with unique barrelling wave shower (ride in the barrel while you shower!) has a raindrop and conventional powerful shower and heated towel rail. The comfy lounge area is perfect for a post surf nap in a sunbeam or to cosy up in front of the woodburner on a stormy night with your favourite movie. Plus our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a fabulous meal or just to brew a good cuppa before you head out to one of the fabulous restaurants or cafes in the village for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a private parking space for one car, an EV charger is available on an honesty payment basis. We also have an outdoor shower for a post surf rinse. Wi-fi, towels and bedding are provided. We welcome dogs at The Board Room, with a small charge of £20 per stay. Please do let us know if you are bringing your dog. Just 5 mins walk into the village and a 10 min stroll to the beach yet tucked away in a quiet corner of the village the location is perfect for time away from the rest of the world.
