The space The apartment consists of: DAY CORNER Stylish and refined, this fully renovated 62 m² duplex blends modern comfort with authentic charm. The bright and airy living area, flooded with natural light from large windows, combines vintage furniture with contemporary touches in a chic country style. Warm and inviting, it is the perfect setting for sharing special moments. From the lounge-dining room, extended by a fully equipped modern kitchen, admire the ever-changing beauty of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel while enjoying a meal or relaxing with family and friends. NIGHT CORNER Upstairs, two elegantly decorated bedrooms each offer their own character and can accommodate up to guests. The first, in soothing navy and white tones, features a 160x200 bed and promises peaceful nights and unforgettable mornings with the sunrise over the sea. The second, in delicate powder pink, is furnished with two 90x190 beds and a desk, perfect for quiet reading or a comfortable workspace. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, while an additional separate toilet is available on the main level. Other things to note What you need to know about the “Embruns de l'aube” - The duplex apartment is located on the second floor, with no elevator. - The linen is optional : sheets + 1 big and 1 small towel / capita = 20€ - Opposite the apartment is a "minute stop" car park allowing you to unload your luggage and groceries. Several paid parking lots are located near the apartment. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away. - A person from our team will be there to greet you on arrival and when you leave to make sure that you had a pleasant stay. - Late arrivals between 8pm and 11 pm are possible for a supplement of €40 to be paid on site. We do not accept guests after 11 pm. - The apartment is managed by a travel agency specialized in seasonal rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holder of an APST financial guarantee.
