The garden level apartment has 2 separate spaces with 2 double beds (including 1 mezzanine) and 1 single bed, the upstairs apartment offers 1 separate bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 living room with 1 double mezzanine bed and 1 2-seater sofa bed. Each apartment has its own kitchen, shower room. The upstairs apartment has a dining area that can accommodate 10 people by adding the additional folding table available with its 4 chairs. The staircase leading to the floor is a bit steep, this is to be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. In winter, we ask that apartment doors remain closed when guests move from one space to another to preserve the heat produced by electric heating. Common areas that affect guest access to the site and our own access are under 24-hour video surveillance to ensure the safety of the premises due to the expensive facilities.
