★★ Newly built top floor penthouse suite. You are just a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches and stunning ocean. We can provide FREE airport pick-up (up to 4 guests) and once you arrive at the luxury penthouse you will find a multi-floor unit with a private rooftop pool and large outdoor terrace complete with your own grill, and outdoor beds. There are dozens of local restaurants, bars and shopping within just steps of your stay at the penthouse. ★★ The space This penthouse unit is newly built and full furnished to make your stay here as easy and simple as possible. We have tried to cover as many details as we possibly could from dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies and even such things as your own panini press and tea maker in the kitchen. Each room has its own independently controlled A/C unit. The bedrooms are completely furnished with all of the linens and accompaniments that you will need for comfortable stay. There are 3 full bathrooms in the penthouse, two on the first floor and one and on the second, each will have towels, soap, and other basic amenities as well. The main floor features your kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and an outdoor patio. The second floor features another large bedroom, full bathroom and walks onto the rooftop living space which greets you with a private Jacuzzi style pool, outdoor daybeds, your own grill with gas, and several other seating options. Guest access You are in a great spot of Punta Cana with shopping, local restaurants and nightlife at your fingertips in nearly every direction. Head up the street a quick stroll and you will be at the white sand beaches and bright blue water of the Atlantic. Other things to note ✸✸ELECTRICITY✸✸ The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at the check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows: • 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day. • 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day. • 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day. ✸✸Airport Pick-up and Drop-off✸✸ We can provide a complimentary FREE airport pick-up service to guests staying at this property (up to 4 guests). This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available until 7:00pm local time. We can also provide airport drop-off services as well (up to 4 guests) with an addition charge of $30 for the drop-off.
