Nice self-contained apartment with beautiful park in a large property A vacation cottage for peace and quiet The recently renovated vacation rental is located in a wine estate. This area is close to Bordeaux, Libourne and Saint-Emilion. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 2 nights The space The 50 m ² apartment has central heating and is fully insulated. The main room features a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access. A selection of board games is also provided The kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher) Kitchen basics: salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, coffee filters… (Arrival kit) Household products, broom, vacuum cleaner… (Housekeeping kit) Ironing board and iron are provided. The washing machine and dryer are available upon request. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen (tea towels and hand towels) are provided. The bedrooms each have a shower room. The toilets are separated. Each room has a double bed (140), a wardrobe with hangers and shelf, a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer. Guest access The wooded park with barbecue is available to all vacationers. There is a garden with outdoor lighting, table and chairs, the barbecue is sheltered, it is possible to eat there in case of bad weather. Other things to note Childcare equipment: baby bath (with towel on request), highchair, folding baby bed (with necessary linen on request: fitted sheets, duvet and duvet cover), stroller.
