This estate is close to Bordeaux, Libourne and Saint Emilion. the apartment is rented for 2 nights minimum The space The apartment of 50 m ² has central heating and is fully insulated. The main room offers a comfortable lounge area with flat-screen TV and WiFi access. A board game selection is also provided The kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher) Cooking background: salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, coffee filters... (Check-in kit) Household products, broom, vacuum cleaner...(Cleaning kit) The ironing board and iron are provided. The washing machine and dryer are available upon request. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linen (tea towels and hand towels) are provided. The bedrooms each have a shower room. The 2 toilets are separated. Each room has a double bed (140), wardrobe with hangers and shelf, shower, sink, mirror, hair dryer. Guest access The wooded park with barbecue is available for the use of the holidaymakers. There is a garden with outdoor lighting, table and chairs, the barbecue is sheltered, it is possible to eat there in case of bad weather. Other things to note Childcare equipment: BB bathtub (with towel on request), high chair, folding BB bed (with linen needed on request: fitted sheets, duvet and duvet cover), cane stroller.
