This home is in a biodiversity hotspot and you must be prepared to see wildlife, reptiles, insects and hear bird noises. This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than nine people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night. We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house.
