INSIDE: The house contains a good size living room with a sectional couch with a full-size pull-out bed. Off to the left corner is the 4 seats round dining table. KITCHEN: The kitchen has been fully stocked with small appliances for your convenience, you can also enjoy snacks, treats, coffee, creamer, sugar, and more, all complimentary! BEDROOMS: *Master bedroom features a king bed *Bedroom across from master features a queen bed *The middle bedroom features a queen bed *Last bedroom features 2 twin beds All bedrooms equipped with nightstands, lamps, ceiling fans and room darkening shades for your convenience and comfort. BATHROOMS: Master bath features a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom is across from the twin bedroom, and it contains a bathtub and shower combo! Like always, fully equipped with soap, conditioner, shampoo for you and your family. OUTDOOR: The outdoor space is large and features a 6-seat dining table, 4 seats patio chairs, an outdoor heather and a very large lawn area, kids and dogs will enjoy! It's also perfect for outdoor games! LAUNDRY: The laundry room is equipped with a washer and gas dryer. Soap and stain remover are available for your convenience as well. GARAGE: Not available for parking. Garage contains ping pong table for your enjoyment. PARKING: 4 car driveway or park your RV! You can enjoy the whole house including garage! Shed in the backyard is locked for safety purposes as there’s various tools and machinery in there. Please do not unlock. The house is equipped with a smart lock so no in person interaction needed. But we’re always one message or call away! Very safe and older established neighborhood, close to 29 which takes you to Napa and Vallejo. Near convenience stores and a super Walmart for any last minute needs. Stop by at the Starbucks just a 3 minute drive away before you head out to Napa for the day. There are several bus stops so access to public transportation is easy. Ideally you'd have your own car or hire a wine tour company - I can recommend some if needed. Uber and Lyft always available nearby as well You can easily fit 4 cars in the long driveway, there is free parking on the street as well, but please use the driveway when possible. When going to SF you can opt to drive or take the ferry in Vallejo! We strive to make your stay enjoyable; if there is anything you need do not hesitate to ask.
