Set on 52 acres of private land in the heart of the Margaret River wine region’s ‘Golden Triangle,’ this property combines tranquillity with unparalleled access to local attractions—including the beach, parklands and walking tracks. Inside, the chalet has been thoughtfully designed with fine furnishings and unique touches, including a baby grand piano. The welcoming lounge is perfect for relaxation by the log-burning fire, while the well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to whip up meals at home. Dine inside or step out to the spacious veranda stretching the front of the chalet to enjoy an alfresco meal while soaking up sweeping views of the dam and countryside. A BBQ grill caters to summer cook-ups, while a fire pit encourages nights cosied up under the stars. Three comfortable bedrooms each offer their own private ensuite. The primary and second bedrooms are set with queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The primary ensuite includes a luxurious hydro spa, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, ample driveway parking and WiFi to ensure connectivity. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please be aware of fire bans, as the fire pit cannot be utilised during this time. Linen: All bed linen and towels are supplied with this property along with a small starter pack of essential items. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
