Family-friendly house in quiet, convenient neighborhood. It's a short walk to the neighborhood park, Gerbes grocery store, and the Activity and Recreation Center for a work-out or a swim. Columbia's unique downtown (The District) and the Mizzou campus are both 2 miles away and it is less than 2 miles to the Columbia Mall and I-70. The space You'll have coffee and tea available to start your day. The kitchen is large and well-stocked and there is a good grocery store nearby. Partially fenced back yard with BBQ grill, table and chairs. Kids will love the extra room off of the kitchen which is full of toys. Children of all ages can be entertained with the board games and puzzles. For small children there is a pack-and-play, high chair, and plastic plates, cups, and utensils. There are 2 work spaces perfect for a laptop and a small reading library. Note: 2nd bathroom is in basement and away from bedrooms. The driveway is short and steep so large trucks may have difficulty but there is safe street parking in front of the house. Guest access The entire house is available. The second bathroom is in the basement (shower, no tub) down a flight of steps. The washer and dryer are also in the basement. The ironing board, iron and a clothes rack are set up next to them. Garage is reserved for owner's use. Other things to note Each bedroom has reading lamps, closet with hangers, drawers, mirror, straight-back chair, and a charging location. The beige bedroom has a queen bed with a massage option. The driveway is steep but short. Trucks may want to park on the street in front. It Is safe parking on the street. The front yard is a wildflower garden so although it looks unkempt, depending on what is in bloom, it is lovely. There is a television set with Roku (wifi) but no cable.
