Take a relaxing dip in our heated pool or lounge on one of the provided floats. Dogs are warmly greeted with a bed, waterproof blanket, food/water bowl and a cute toy! We have a great fenced backyard for all dogs, big or small. All 3 bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, with brand new medium-firm mattresses, extra pillows and room darkening curtains, so you can wake whenever you want to and feel refreshed and ready for your next adventure. BEDROOM #1: King Bed with dresser, closet and ensuite Shower Bathroom. Pack n Play with black out cover, sheets and blanket provided. BEDROOM #2: Two FULL Beds with dresser, closet, cute nightlight and noise maker, next to Tub Bathroom BEDROOM #3: One Queen Bed with dresser and closet next to Tub Bathroom OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio chairs with Large Umbrella, FULLY enclosed yard, Charcoal BBQ, fire pit with 5 Adirondack chairs and a complimentary bundle of firewood KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking basics, blender, food processor, Crock Pot, French Press, Coffee Maker & Grinder with Complimentary Coffee & Filters, Charcuterie Board, In-fridge Ice Maker, high chair, children's plates cups and utensils, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap/sponge, pots, pans, Tupperware, wine glasses, plates and cups for 8, knife set, baking needs AND SO MUCH MORE! As a mom of 2 toddlers, I try to think of everything you may need, including a highchair, toys, books, night light, baby bath, pack n play with an optional black out cover, safety features, dining sets/silverware, and SO much more! Please let me know the ages so I can make sure the home has appropriate items. There is absolutely no smoking inside this home, however if you are a cigarette or cigar smoker, there is an ashtray provided to do so outside. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises. While I love having dogs, and they are more than welcome, I do apologize but I cannot allow cats in this home for any amount of time. ***The pool will reach a maximum of 83 degrees, however if you wish for it to be raised higher, there is an additional fee added per day. The heating equipment is inoperable if outside weather is under 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Heated pool is from November - May 1. The pool equipment is not to be touched for any reason.*** Guest access You have access to the entire home, including the pool at all hours (as long as quiet time is honored). There is a keypad used to enter the home so you are free to enter whenever is convenient. Other things to note There is no one else staying on the premises, though our Gardener comes at least twice a week and Pool Maintenance comes twice a week and go straight to the backyard without need to disrupt you. ***The pool will reach a maximum of 83 degrees, however if you wish for it to be raised higher, there is an additional fee added per day.
