This house is ideally suited to 2 or 3 families with 3 bedrooms upstairs for the parents and a large bunk room downstairs with 6 single beds for the children. The home has direct private access from the property into the deep waters of Lake Eildon and is perfectly positioned in a private little cove, it is a 10 minute drive from the Mansfield Township & approx 40 min to the entry gates of Mt Buller. So bring your kayaks, SUP, boats, jet skis & fishing gear and enjoy all the beautiful lake has to offer with the privacy of your own piece of lakefront or head up to Mt Buller for a day of snow fun during the winter months. Enter the home via the downstairs door into the large lounge area with TV/DVD, games & foosball table. A large bunk room & bathroom with floor heating located just down the hall. Walk up the internal staircase to 3 more bedrooms, all have air conditioning/heating, another spacious bathroom with floor heating plus a well equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and access to the outdoor decking space. With the abundant natural light that fills the home it’s the perfect setting to sit back and enjoy the picturesque High Country. You can relax on the outdoor setting enjoying the lake views and the local wildlife, kookaburras, kangaroos & more. In the cooler months sit around the outdoor fire pit toasting marshmallows enjoying the magical surrounds as the sun sets over the mountains. Spend your days out on the water, up at the snow, bike riding along the rail trails, mountain biking down Mt Buller in the summer months, 4WD in the nearby National Parks, enjoy the local wineries or a scenic drive to the King Valley Wineries or just simply sit back and enjoy all this property has to offer. Delatite Point is only a 2 hour drive from Melbourne, yet you will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle. ***NB There are two homes on this property, the neighboring home is 300m away. An entry code will be given prior to check in. LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED, you are required to bring your own sheets & towels Garbage & Recycling - please ensure all bins inside the house are emptied upon departure and place in the council bins situated at the top of the driveway. Smoking - this is strictly a NON SMOKING house. You are welcome to smoke outside but please remove all your butts upon departure - do not leave them in pot plants The house runs on tank water so we do ask you to be mindful of water usage as water is precious - no washing boats, cars or jet skis Pets - Strictly NO PETS allowed Drone free zone, NO flying of drones No charging electric vehicles at the house No caravans/camper trailers BBQ - please ensure this is left clean upon departure Fire Pit - this is to be enjoyed during the winter months only - (wood is supplied) It is not be be used during summer/high fire season Please ensure you leave the home in the same condition it was upon your arrival.
