LIC 21494993 The space ~SedonAmor is a 430 sq. ft. quaint, all in one open floor plan with its own private entry. There are 2 separate insulated walls and 2 separate insulated sets of doors between main home and studio which provides added sound proofing. These doors remain closed and locked during your stay at all times. ~Studio is equipped with a Berkey water filter and most common basic amenities needed for meals and drinks. It is also very accommodating to those who are ultra sensitive to synthetic smells and harsh chemicals. All paints, stains and floor surface substrate are 100% Solvent-free, Glycol Ether Free, Crystalline Silica Free and VOC Free! All body/ hair products, laundry detergent and cleaners are non toxic. This is also a strict pesticide free property. ~The locally made comfy king size bed and king pillows are made of the very best 100% Talalay natural latex. Sheets are bamboo/linen or pure cotton for an all natural restful experience. ~All supplied coffee, teas and condiments are organic and/or gmo free. Guest access ~Your designated parking is directly in front facing the studio. ~Most convenient path to outdoor shower is down a couple of steps and a short walk from main entrance and is surrounded by screened bamboo. (Only the natural products provided are allowed at outdoor shower). It is also accesible from the steps on the deck area that is designated for your enjoyment. Other things to note ~Please note if you are ultra sensitive to natural moonlight or tiny built in led lights that are in a few power switches and the like, bring your personal eye mask. This space offers no black out window coverings and not all of the windows have blinds. ~Sedona has a dark sky rule, hence the stars are best appreciated with outdoor lights off. Please remember to switch off before bed. ~Please be cautious when stepping onto lower deck as it has no railing to better enjoy the unobstructed views while laying down or sitting ONLY. ~Bathroom is high enough above ground level and no one can see in through windows when showering nor through window behind toilet. These were left without window coverings for the purpose of natural light and for enjoying the views. ~Please be mindful of noise past 9pm in consideration of neighbors. ~Always carry enough water when out on hikes to avoid dehydration. ~During summer look out for rattle snakes, scorpions, tarantulas (during monsoon), black widows and brown recluse spiders in webbed areas. ~You may come across quail, road runners, Javelina, Coyotes, Bob cats, rabbits, skunks, raccoons, snakes and deer. ~Please be mindful and respectful of nature and the space.
