STRA-6248C The space This gorgeous holiday home has ducted air conditioning and gas log fire with an open plan living and the outdoor living areas provide additional seating and protected areas to sit and relax. The outdoor living area is great for entertaining and has a gas BBQ, outdoor dining and Adirondack chairs with fully fenced yard and outdoor shower (cold water). The home is decorated with a relaxed coastal theme with polished floorboards and a comfortable sofa, ottoman and chair. The dining room has a wooden table seating and the kitchen has Caesarstone bench tops with an integrated laundry with Asko washing machine. This home is fully equipped with all your holiday needs including microwave, dishwasher and cappuccino machine (coffee beans supplied). The large 65 inch TV with surround sound, has Netflix and there’s a large selection of DVD's to watch as you relax after a day at the beach. Internet is also available and connects to the main TV and the TV in the bedroom. Additionally, there are a large selection of kitchen and bathroom items supplied for your use. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning has been installed throughout the house. Beautifully renovated bathrooms with freestanding bath, caesarstone vanity and there is also an additional separate toilet in the house with a newly renovated combined shower, toilet & laundry in a separate dwelling just near the back deck (3 toilets in total on the property). There are three bedrooms beautifully decorated with a coastal, natural theme with gorgeous linens, feather doonas and soft pillows. There main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has one single and a double bed (sleeps 3), and then the third bedroom also has a double bed and single bed (sleeps 3). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Maximum 6 people (adults & children). Conveniently located with a short walk to Bennett's and Jimmy's beaches, restaurants, shops, golf club and close to access the bridge to cross over to Tea Gardens for a great coffee by the waters edge. A picnic rug and basket with plastic plates and cups is provided for you to enjoy one of the many BBQ spots around the area. All linen provided including bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and bath mat. Beach towels can be provided at an extra cost. Property is suitable for maximum of 6 people. Additional bedding can be arranged by request.
