A large newly renovated apartment in a historic building in the center of the village. Apartment for 4 people: 2 double bedrooms, an additional sofa bed in the spacious living room. For your breakfast, in front of the apartment you will find the historic patisserie and the main bakery. Levanto is the perfect starting point to visit the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths. The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings. It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families. Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot in just 2 minutes. Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments. Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura. * Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. - if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you. Important notes: - Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. - upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. - upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,50€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old.
