Borrowdale is a cosy ex-farm manager's cottage conveniently located less than five minutes from the township of Berry and ten minutes from Seven Mile Beach. Nestled on 25 acres of farmland and perched high on Moeyan Hill, it offers great privacy with breathtaking views of the escarpment north to Saddleback Mountain and sweeping rural countryside stretching east to Gerroa and the sea. This charming two-bedroom cottage features a queen-size bed in each bedroom, two bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The open-plan living and bedrooms lead onto a wrap-around verandah, where you can take in the tranquil garden and lawns. Enhance your stay with a $50 cheese board, available by request. Whether you're looking for an active getaway—exploring the area, surfing, golfing, or hiking—or simply want to unwind with a book and a glass of wine, 'Borrowdale' is the perfect retreat. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details. Firewood is provided from Easter Long Weekend to October Long Weekend or as per the direction of the NSW Rural Fire Service fire danger ratings and fire bans.
