Guests can help themselves to the 2.5 acres of fruit orchards and a large organic vegetable and herb garden. A large open salon with fireplace leads into the dining area and well equipped kitchen, laundry area and guest toilet. There is an ensuite bedroom next to the salon. On the first floor 2 en-suite bedrooms and at the top of the house a large ensuite bedroom and sitting area leading to an exterior terrace from which to take in views.. The entire house has air-conditioning and underfloor heating. Guest access A perfect base to explore the Tramuntanas, cycle, hike, swim, play tennis, golf or just chill out and recharge your batteries. . During the holiday season you will find a large selection of different places open for food and drink in Sollervalley. The town's tramway runs between Soller and the port and there is a stop close by. There is a fast bus service that runs to the Plaza Espana in the centre of Palma. Apart from the valley towns of Soller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx and the port, nearby towns of interest include Deia and Valledemosa. Other things to note Our family are animal lovers and have rescued 3 dogs and 2 cats over the last five years who are part of the finca and it's grounds. None of our animals are allowed into the main house and guests private grounds and pool area which is for your exclusive use. All live in the 2-bedroom converted barn which is across the courtyard with myself or whoever is dog-sitting the animals and hosting the finca.
