The house sleeps max 8 adults - 10 guests are possible when there are kids in group as the sofa beds comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 adult. The space Note: Minimum age to check in is 25 years old and no large single sex groups will be accepted because of previous damage from this group type. The house has 3 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 full bathrooms one half bathroom and a cleaning and storage cupboard. The house looks onto the garden area from the living room and master bedrooms and onto the small terrace from the 2 additional bedrooms. Large roof terrace and garden. Lots of areas for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath for 2 and a very large shower. The double bed in the master bedroom is 1.80m wide and has a mattress topper for extra comfort. There is a guest bathroom for beds 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds with mattress toppers and a sofa bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 x 90cm single beds pushed together with a thick mattress topper making a 1.80m wide double bed. There is also a sofa bed in Bedroom 3. The sofa bed in Bedroom 2 is 1.35m wide and the one in Bedroom 3 is 1.40m wide. They are each suitable for 2 small/medium children or 1 adult. The bedrooms are all very large, approximately 4 x 6 metres. There is a gas fireplace in the sitting room with a 49 inch TV. There is a 600Mbps Fibre Optic internet connection offering powerful Wifi throughout the house & IPTV, Spanish channels and Netflix on the TV. There is also a tower speaker with Bluetooth connection to play music from your mobile devices. The kitchen has a large oven and a 4 ring gas hob. There is a large gas BBQ on the terrace along with a fridge and small freezer on the terrace for drinks. There is one large table seating 6 on the terrace and a further smaller table if required. There is a toaster, a blender, a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with many sets of cutlery and plates and glasses as well as pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine which takes pods that can be bought in local supermarkets. There is air conditioning and heating in the sitting room and all of the bedrooms. The house is suitable for children and people with reduced mobility as it is all on one level with a couple of steps up to the entrance. There is a roof terrace with sea & mountain views, which is accessed from the garden by a flight of steps to enable sun bathing all day long! There are seats and sun loungers available for guests here. There is a trampoline and ping pong table available for guests in the garden. There is a hot tub for 2 people in the garden. The pool is approximately 8.5 x 4.5 metres and is 2.5 metres at the deep end and around 1.20 at the shallow end. There are steps leading down into the pool and a ledge that runs around the shallow end of the pool that small children can stand on. Pool can be heated if required. The garden is completely fenced to keep pets and children safe. The house is suitable for children but the pool is not fenced in so care needs to be taken to watch small children and not leave them on their own outside. There is a plastic roller pool cover so that guests can choose to have it open or closed. Guest access The house is next door to the Sol Melia Hotel Atalaya Park Hotel which is directly on the beach, so you are only a short walk from the beach and entertainment if you want it. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance including beach chiringuitos. The house is a short distance from Puerto Banus (appx 6km) and around 12km from Marbella town. The nearest urbanisation/small town areas are Guadalmina and San Pedro de Alcantara. Other things to note This family is intended to be a family or couples villa, no party groups will be admitted. The house sleeps maximum 8 adults - 10 guests are possible when there are at least 4 children in the party as the double sofa beds comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 adult. The house is suitable for dogs as long as they do not leave a mess and any damage is paid for. The garden is fenced and walled in and there is a small area outside where dogs can be closed into as well. The exterior and interior of the house is alarmed.
