We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time! This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, two minutes away from Walmart. House Rules & Helpful Info Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone. Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. Smoking & Substance Policy This is a smoke-free home: No smoking or vaping No recreational drug use Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook. Security Deposit & Damage Waiver Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind. xpenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
