The house is located: 3km to Shops 5km to Buninyoung 6km to Sovereign Hill Stepping inside there are three bedrooms with queens beds, a bedroom with a double bed and the front room which has a sofa bed. The front room is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenic views of the forest near by. The master bedroom has a balcony to enjoy the evening sun. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining, it is fully under cover and has a potbelly fireplace you can light on the cooler nights. It has a wood dining table and chairs The house is pet and child friendly, with a large fully enclosed back yard. There is a small play-set for the kids with a swing, monkey bars and "ninja warrior style" hanging grips, there is also a kids cubby down the back. We do ask that you clean up any and all pet droppings before you leave. We also ask you send the type of pets (breed) you will be bringing - it doesn't change the booking however we are required to have it on file. The lounge is equipped with at 65" smart TV so you can continue your Netflix, Stan, Disney+ or Prime shows if you have those subscriptions. There are two bathrooms in the house and two toilets. One toilet is separate from the master bathroom the other located in the en suite. There is also a bath in the master bath room so the little tackers can clean themselves up.
