"Villa Praia das Maçãs" is a sunny, cosy and independent house, with a beautiful garden and private pool. Situated in a very quiet location, overlooking the sea. The space In the ground floor you have a living room with fireplace and a dining room, both opening onto the garden, pool and terrace with lounge chairs. A large, fully equipped kitchen also with a dining table opening to the dining room, also gives access to an enclosed porch that leads to the garden. Outside you can find a large table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining with a sunset view over the Atlantic Ocean. On the 1st floor the rooms are overlooking the Atlantic. The suite has a double bed, closet, balcony and a private bathroom. The other two sunny rooms with closet are shared by a bathroom. Other things to note “Praia das Maçãs” is a village with the same name as the beach. It is a picturesque village by the sea with all the necessary facilities. A few minutes’ walk from the beach, there is a large saltwater pool by the beach, a sports center with tennis courts, playground, restaurants, cafes, pizzeria, wine shops, pharmacy, newsagent, municipal market, grocery, butcher, etc. and all this in the vicinity of our house! At a short distance you´ll find several beaches, such as Praia Grande, Praia Pequena, Adraga Beach, S. Lourenço Beach, Guincho Beach and many others.
