The Beach House is set up for relaxed, easygoing stays — with a cot and highchair for little ones, and sports gear to keep older kids active and entertained, including a basketball hoop, beach cricket set, and soft longboards for beginner surf sessions. * For Your Four-Legged Travel Buddy: We happily welcome small, well-behaved dogs on request (a $70 pet fee applies). The fully fenced yard features an expansive, lush lawn — perfect for safe play and lazy sunbathing. It’s a favourite setup for families travelling with grandparents, giving everyone their own space while staying close. Guest access - You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including all appliances and amenities, ensuring complete privacy and enjoyment throughout your stay. - Feel free to contact us with any questions at any time; from 10am-6pm and 24/7 in an emergency. Other things to note Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules: - Maximum of 6 adults permitted unless prior approval obtained from Byron Beach Retreats. - Commercial events prohibited including weddings, hens/bucks parties and school-leavers groups. Intimate gatherings/photo shoots may be approved with additional fees and conditions. - Strict noise restrictions apply - no parties allowed. Security call-outs may result in fines or eviction. - Pets may be approved upon request – a $70 pet fee applies. Owners must clean all waste or face cleaning fees. Note: Dogs prohibited in Broken Head National Park and beach (nearest dog beach at Suffolk Park). - Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. - Check-in time starts at 3PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. - We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions.
