Langleys Hobby Farm (Free Breakfast) Port Campbell

A relaxing haven Langleys is a rural lifestyle property only 5 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Port Campbell. Surrounded by working farmland, Langleys offers a spacious, bright, clean studio with queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, lounge and WiFi. It’s an ideal place to get away from the crowds and relax after exploring the attractions of the Great Ocean Road including the Twelve Apostles. The space Enjoy country life from your own private guesthouse with east facing deck/porch overlooking the surrounding farmland and animals. Spot the chickens and ducks as they may be free ranging throughout the day. Ensuite with spacious shower plus hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. USB charging points are located by the queen size bed. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, instant coffee, and milk provided. Basic continental breakfast also provided (cereal, toast, juice). We live in the main house with our young daughter. The guesthouse is next to but separate from the main house and is yours exclusively during your stay. Langleys is a working lifestyle property / hobby farm and you may see us out gardening and tending to the animals. As we go about our daily activities around the property we will stop and say hello if you are also out wandering about. We respect your privacy once you have retired to the guesthouse. Guest access Free parking is at the front of the guesthouse. You are welcome to wander the garden however the shed and the deck/porch of the main house are out of bounds. Please do not enter the chook pen. Other things to note Our sheep are Dorpers and naturally shed. This means they can look quite scruffy depending on what stage of shedding they are at. Electric fences may also be running at the time of your stay on paddock fences, please do not touch.
