Low House Farm dates from the 1600’s, and was possibly the first ever holiday let in Troutbeck - from the summer of 1938, the grandparents and family of the current owners spent holidays here as tenants. This Grade II listed family home is ideal for guests looking for an authentic taste of Lakeland life. Full of character and boasting some original features, this former farmhouse sits in an elevated spot, enjoying extensive rural views. The space The property has central heating throughout. Additionally there is also a real fire in the living room. Separate dining room and Kitchen. There is a Shower room with sink and separate WC with sink on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 2 Double Bedrooms & 1 Twin Bedroom. There is also a bathroom upstairs with old cast iron bath, toilet and sink. Guest access Whole house & garden Other things to note EV Charging available during your stay at an additional charge. We will send full confirmation and keysafe code a week before arrival. The property dates back to the 1600's and has alot of original features. The wooden and stone flooring is uneven and may not be suitable for very young children or people with mobility issues.
