Offering incredible ocean views, a full length private balcony and plenty of space for up to 6 guests, this is perfect for your next family holiday! The unit offers 3 bedrooms - master bedroom with queen sized bed and access to the beachfront balcony. You can even enjoy sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of bed! The second bedroom has one queen bed and third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, and all bedrooms as well as the lounge room offer ceiling fans to ensure comfort year round. The kitchen has been modernised and is fully equipped with everything you need on holidays including dishwasher. It leads through to the spacious open plan living/ lounge room with comfortable furnishings and unlimited Wi-Fi. Step out onto your own private balcony, which spans the length of the apartment. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drink while whale watching and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. There is also a fully renovated bathroom with walk in shower and internal washer and dryer for your convenience. *This property is a non smoking building and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises please. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
