Villa Lila - luxurious with stunning garden

Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Lila a 5 bedroom villa with private bathrooms, located next to the golf course and just a 20-minute (aprox.) walk to center of the charming village of Benalup. It features a private swimming pool, a well-kept large garden, BBQ, a roofed terrace. The spacious villa is fully equipped for family vacations with AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed with a supplement (upon request). The space Villa Lila is luxury 5-bedroom Villa for 10 guests situated next to the Benalup-Golf Course. On the ground floor you will find a high ceiling octagonal living room, dining room and open, fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with king size bed, and 2 with twin beds pushed together) Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with bath tub, flatscreen TV, built-in wardrobes, electric shutters and access to the terrace/pool area. In the basement, there is a spacious second living area with high windows providing natural light, equipped with sofa, TV and access to the 2 further bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement have twin beds, and a small bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower each. They are more basic that the 3 bedrooms situated on the main floor, and they don´t have direct natural light. Air conditioning and WIFI throughout the Villa. The WIFI connection isn´t guaranteed in the basement. Please note that although a jacuzzi appears in the bathroom photos, it is out of order. We do not advertise that the place has a jacuzzi. The ice and water machine in the refrigerator is out of service. The large terrace offers a private pool, outdoor dining below a shaded roofed terrace, sunbeds and lawn. Shaded private parking within the property. And further parking next to the Villa in the Urbanization. Pool: 12 x 6 m. Parking: 2 private spaces available within the property and more spaces on the street. Guest access The Villa is completely private for your use including the swimming pool and garden. Within the Resort you will find Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, with a 18 hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests are welcome to use their services. The Hotel prices are applied. Other things to note The villa has a barbecue, but the fuel is not included. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup. Please note that we offer a 50% discount for monthly stays from October to May. Unfortunately, we cannot apply this discount for monthly stays from June to September.
