We welcome travellers who are independent and prefer to do their own cooking. • BREAKFAST SUPPLIES are complimentary. • It's like you rent out a fully furnished apartment for a period of time & live like a local. • Max of 5 people occupancy. • We are in a RESIDENTIAL AREA. Keeping the noise level down is appreciated. • Partying of any kind is PROHIBITED. We have a gate timing (11:30p.m.) The space **Feel free to send me a message even if it's a simple query** The entire apartment hosts 1 group at a time. It consists of: • The main bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet, TV, desk & chair (for WFH) & a mattress. (Room sized approx. 400 sq. ft.) • Second bedroom with a queen sized bed, closet and TV. (Room sized approx. 100 sq. ft.) • Fully functional kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, RO, jars, cupboards, dinning table and chairs. (Room sized approx. 140 sq. ft.) • Separate western toilet. (Room sized approx. 50 sq. ft.) • Bathroom with overhead shower. (Room sized approx. 70 sq. ft.) • Lobby with couch. The premises doesn't have provision for parking. However, since the apartment is on the roadside commuting is convenient. Guest access There is a small open area at the rear of the apartment along with a small balcony on the side for drying clothes. However, with next door neighbours just a few metres away, please refrain from sitting on the balcony. Other things to note We provide free Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed. Board games are available.
