Our cosy and comfortable holiday house in Falcon is nestled between the ocean and the estuary, 7km south of Mandurah town centre. The house is family friendly - we are set up with everything you need for babies and children. The house has modern and comfortable furnishings, a delightful enclosed back yard, and we are pet friendly. Just a short stroll down our street to Falcon Bay beach, or a minute's walk in the other direction to the local shopping centre and restaurants. Home away from home! The space This cosy family holiday home has comfortable beds, a large modular lounge big enough for the whole family, and the kids bedroom has lots of books and toys so you don't need to bring any! The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and deep bath. The rear yard is fully enclosed with lovely green grass, sun lounge, BBQ and a swing set. We have a large DVD library for your use, and lots of extras such as milkshake maker, coffee percolator, popcorn maker. The house is fully set up for children with portacot, high chair, plastic dinnerware. Large capacity washing machine and powder for your use. PLEASE NOTE - linen is not provided - you need to bring bed sheets and bath towels. Close to the beach - enjoy a sunset stroll every night! Amazing restaurant just 1 minute walk from the house. Just a few kilometres from Mandurah town central. Other things to note -PLEASE NOTE: There is no linen supplied at this property (you need to bring bed sheets and bath towels). Doonas with covers, blankets, bath mat and tea towel are provided. - Basics such as tea, coffee, oil, paper towel, glad wrap/alfoil are available for your use. - Please note only one air con unit, in the lounge room. - No school leavers sorry.
